A little progress as my mojo is returning….

If anyone is still checking in the tumbleweed city that has been this blog, well, times they are a changin'. Okay, slowly does it. I managed to focus on a selection of command stands and other ephemera that I unearthed from beneath the disaster area that passes for my painting station.

So here they are.

Two shots of a new Argentine commander and two Brazillians for my War of the Triple Alliance project.

A selection of generals for my 1807–1809 Russian Napoleonic project.

A lone Napoleonic Swedish ADC

French generals June 1940. Divisional command base for the 1st DCM.

Lastly some civilian bits for my Italian Wars armies. Well, the woman doing a belly dance is maybe better placed elsewhere, but the stocks and garotte are good for my Spanish.

The camera on my phone is not its best these days but even now it can pick out the bits I missed!

  4. Great to see you at it again, even if in a small way. Daughter has recently acquired an Argentinian boy freind well versed in his countries history. So maybe triple alliance her we come. Guess who will be in charge of the paraguayans.

  7. A nice mix of arrivals. I'm trying to get back to painting now the heat has subsided - my painting room is the hottest in the house especially in the afternoons and early evenings. Hope your mojo goes from strength to strength.
