I thought I would start an inventory page on this blog (why not?) listing the armies in my collection to start with but when I've worked out how to do it, with a link to a complete list of 'active' (i.e. completed) units for each army. These are all 28mm.

  1. An interesting point I’ve noticed is that somehow my armies are each linked to at least one other, making parting with any of them a difficult decision. For example, my Venetians are organised (mainly) to fight the Turks, who can also fight the Poles and with a little switching of flags with my 1672 Allied stuff. The TYW Swedes obviously fight the Imperialists (who can also fight the Turks) as well as the Poles. Prussians, while the 1870French are used in the Crimea And could fight the Austrians in 1859 alongside the Sardinians. It goes on.......

  2. As of Jan 2019 I’ve started on a French 18thC army, no later than The WAS and maybe even organised for the War of Polish Succession. So far I have 8 various horse regiments and 2 dragoon regiments with six foot battalions almost done.
