Mojo Still Here! First figures finished since returning to Blighty.

After a break of over 10 weeks I hit the painting desk and after a short period of shock induced brain fog at the mess I’d left it in, I’ve managed to make some progress on a few rather random items.

First of all, the rest of my early WW2 refugees although they could be used later in the war or even VBCW, which I don’t do any more as there’s enough silliness with real wars to bother with making one up. In my view anyway. They are 20mm metal castings but for the life of me I can’t remember who made them. I like them.

A Stuka’s eye view.

More civilians, this time elements of a French revolutionary mob, heckling the aristos as they are taken to Mme. Guillotine. These are 28mm Foundry castings I’ve had lying round for years.

I have so many ideas going on in my head about new projects that I am unable to decide what to do next, AFTER I’ve cleared the decks of the large number of Austro-Prussian and Franco-Prussian castings in varying degrees of completeness (or incompleteness). Until they’re done I don’t need to make a decision thank goodness.

But I will no doubt find plenty of displacement activities to push me off at a tangent!

  2. You may well be correct about them being Eureka. Was such a long time ago when I bought them.
