Bengal Native Infantry

I managed to finish the basing of these five battalions of Bengal Native Infantry today and issued them with their colours before they narch off to the cantonment. Like much of my Sikh Wars stuff I've had these painted and in a box unbiased for maybe six or seven years as I got the actual castings off Studio Miniatures' Kickstarter many years ago (It seems that long ago anyway). The Sepoys are quite nice but the officers leave something to be desired. Rather than delay the project any further I've gone ahead and do wishes these bit at the same time I have a bunch of Foundry and other suitable. officer figures to add in to the unit's as and when I get them painted. I have a handful ready on the painting desk, and am hoping to get some more painted units based this week so maybe it won't be long before I can organise a game.
