I’ve been rooting around in my box of doom for figures to create this piece as I’ve had the idea to utilise a couple of the figures in this way in my head for a while.The chap with the glass is Eureka, the hussar with the cloak is Tradition with a head swap, the other hussar is Belt Fed, the colour bearer is a Wargames Illustrated figure and the bandmaster is some Steampunk thing that I liked the look of.
I might add a couple of bit of ephemera to the base such as a picnic hamper but I was being impatient and just wanted to see ASAP what it looked like painted, based and flocked.
I’m quite pleased with it overall and I’m sure they will lead the Emigres to, well, who knows where?
